We stand behind every piece. If a work arrives damaged or is not what you expected, we will make it right.
Change of mind
Ready-made works may be returned within 14 days in original packaging for a refund less shipping. The piece must be unused and undamaged.
Custom & commissioned work
Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you. Approval milestones are built into every commission.
