Ancient Colonnade

About this work

Tall classical columns and weathered architectural ruins rise against a pale sky in restrained tones of stone, ochre, brown, and grey. The vertical composition brings scale and historical character to a formal living room, library, or entrance hall. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic and oil - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
