Blue Ember

About this work

Deep blue and soft white move across the canvas in broad atmospheric layers, interrupted by irregular areas of metallic gold. The contrast between cool blue and warm gold creates a rich horizontal rhythm suited to a formal lounge, reception space, or large bedroom. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
