About this work

Two coordinated panels combine broad blue and white passages with large textured areas of gold leaf. Their uneven forms create movement across the pair while keeping the palette cool and composed, ideal for a living room, bedroom, or dining space. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher.
