Blue Gold Rise

About this work

Vertical passages of grey, white, blue, and metallic gold rise and fall across the canvas in heavily textured layers. The contrast between cool blues and warm gold gives the composition depth and makes it well suited to a modern entrance or sitting area. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
