Blue Vein

About this work

Flowing layers of blue-grey and charcoal are divided by fine dark lines and slender metallic gold accents, forming an abstract composition reminiscent of mineral layers. The narrow vertical shape is well suited to a column wall, hallway, or space beside cabinetry. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
