Ember Passage

About this work

Deep charcoal occupies one side of the canvas while layered grey and burnt orange brushwork gathers around a metallic gold vertical passage. The contrast gives the piece weight and warmth without overwhelming a modern bedroom, study, or lounge. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
