Gilded Ascent

About this work

Sweeping bands of white, pale grey, slate blue, and charcoal rise through the canvas, edged by textured metallic gold accents. The fluid vertical movement gives the work depth and energy while keeping the palette controlled enough for a modern lounge, bedroom, or study. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
