Gilded Lattice

About this work

A repeating diamond lattice runs across a deep navy and black ground, defined by metallic gold lines, nodes, and alternating gold-filled panels. The ordered geometry works well above a dining table, long console, or formal seating area where its metallic surface can catch changing light. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
