Gilded Peonies

About this work

Two large floral compositions unfold in grey, white, and charcoal, accented by textured gold leaf across petals, leaves, and the surrounding ground. Their broad format gives a formal wall a balanced, decorative presence. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
