Gilded Sails

About this work

A fleet of sailboats crosses dark blue water beneath a pale grey sky, with tall sails painted in white, silver-grey, and gold leaf. Soft reflections extend below the boats and give the composition a calm maritime rhythm. The piece suits an entrance, lounge, or dining room with cool neutral finishes. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
