Marble Reverie

About this work

A classical sculptural figure is rendered in layered greys against a muted pale background, the bowed head and carved drapery defining the composition. The monochrome treatment gives the piece a composed museum-like character suited to a formal entrance, study, or contemporary interior with classical references. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic and oil - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
